公司地处天津市区东南部，占地面积 9.08 万平方米，工业建筑面积 4.09 万平方米，毗邻的地铁线、快速路连接天津港、天津机场，交通运输十分便捷。
本公司主要产品为 0.2~2.0 × 60~1250mm 冷轧薄钢带卷。产品工艺技术全部采用日本工艺标准生产，品种有 SPCC 、 SPCD 、 SPCE 等 13 种。产品主要用于汽车、家电、化工、轻工等行业。
公司主要生产设备均由美国、意大利等国家引进， 8 条生产线均采用微机控制。为了不断满足市场的需求，增加设备工艺的技术含量，本公司近年来加大设备技术改造和高精尖设备的投入，最新投入生产的四辊可逆冷轧机组、拉弯矫直重卷机组、脱脂清洗线全部采用国际最先进的技术。扩大了品种规格和适用范围，使产品的板形质量大幅度提高，不平度降至 3I 以下，增强了产品在市场上的竞争力。冷轧薄板的年产能增至 50 万吨。

本公司与中科院力学研究所合作，开发利用 YAG 激光技术对冷轧工作辊进行表面加工，成功地轧制出我国首批优质激光毛面冷轧薄板，使我国成为继比利时、日本、德国之后世界上第四个掌握激光毛化冷轧辊高新技术并应用于冷轧薄板生产的国家；与武汉科技大学合作装备了 WJ9 静电涂油设备，使产品质量明显提高。

BRIEF INTRODUCTION OF THE WORKS
Tianjin Cold Rolled Strip Works (TCRSW) is a newly established state-owned neterprise (based on the cold rolled steel strip project of key technical reformation items of Tianjin) and put into operation at the initial stage of "Eighth Five-Year Plan" TCRSW is a legal person on the basis of independent administration, independent accounting and assuming sole responsibility for its profits and losses.
Main production equipments of teh works are imported from U.S.A, teh six processing lines are controlled by computers.
With perfect technology, inspecting and testing instruments, quality assurance system and cultivated staffs, the works operated in accordance with international standards, all staffs are strictly trained and selected, and staffs number is fixed at every post.
Located in Chentang zhuang industry district the plant covers an area of 90800 square meters, industrial building construction area covers 40900 square meters. The plant is only 5C kilometers far from Tian jin Port and engoys conveninece of railwary and highway transportation and advantage of geographical location.
With the fast development of national economy, the demands for cold rolled steel strips in Tianjin, China as well as international markets are growing rapidly, theis provides a wider market for our products. We are preparing to start the second phase project (on the basis of expandable possiblity of the first phase) so as to expand plant scale and extend product gauges. By applying international standards and practices, we world like to cooperate in various ways with all friends both at home and abroad on the basis of equality and mutual benefit.
