94年10月，本厂与中科院力学研究所合作开发利用YAG激光技术对φ500－570mm×1422mm冷轧工作辊进行表面加工，并成功地轧制出我国首批
优质光毛面冷轧薄板，使我国成为继比利时、日本、德国之后，在世界上第四个掌握激光毛化冷轧辊高新技术并用于冷轧薄板生产的国家。使产品上了档次，扩大了使用范围，也为产品走向国际市场奠定了基础。
By October, 1994, co-operating with the Mechanics lnstitute of Chinese Academy of Sciences, TCRSW successfully processed φ500--570×1422mm lasertex-finish work
rolls by YGA laser technology and made the first mass of high-quality lasertex-finish steel sheets in China, which makes China become the forth country mastering the lasertex roll technology and using it into cold rolled strip production in the world following Belgium, Japan, and Germany. This techonlogy improves the quality of products, enlarges teh scope of application of products and lays the foundation for our products entering international market.
本厂产品出厂前除进行多项严格的性能测试外，均根据日本标准或客户指定方式进行包装，使产品得到很好的保护，以减少运输或存放时可能遭受的损坏。
Besides varied strict performance tests before sold, the products are all parked in accordance with the Japanese standards or the parking specification required by customers to procect the products from impairment during transportation and storage.
放大80倍的激光毛面板，它比普通光面板有着深冲延伸性能更好，涂漆牢固性更强的优点，是汽车、家电用的优质板材。
A lasertex-finish steel sheet enlarged 80 times. In comparison with the conventional bright-polished sheets, the lasertex-finish sheets are better in drawability and extensibility, stronger in painting adhesion. So they are excellent materials for use in automotive and household electric appliances applications.
